It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Rodgers (Liberty, Kentucky), who passed away on September 17, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Abner Johnson and Allie Johnson (Rodgers); and her siblings, Vergie Hatfield, Retha McGuire, Kermit "Gene" Johnson, Manuel Johnson, Shellie Johnson, Amos Johnson, Russell Johnson and Ricky Johnson.

She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Rodgers; her children, Carmela Clark (Steve) of Liberty, Kimberly Salyers (Jerome) of Liberty, Adam Earles (Tina Rogers) of Russell Springs and Nathan Rodgers (Jennifer Smith) of Nicholasville; her grandchildren, Andrew Clark (Taylor) of Somerset, Chelsea Shannon of Danville, Allison Clark of Nicholasville, Brianna Earles of Liberty, Alyssa and Avery Clem of Nicholasville; her sisters, Louise Marcum and Elva McFarland (Junior); and her sisters-in-law, Kathy Johnson, Kelley Johnson and Mary Johnson. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
