He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Wesley and Viola Byrd Wesley; his great grandchild Greyson Hayes; and his siblings, Charles "Charlie" Wesley, Ruby Hatton, Robert Wesley, John Wesley, Winfred Wesley and Flossie "Sissy" Long.

He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Hogue (Rick) of Liberty, Terri Edwards of Liberty, Roxanna Hogue of Liberty and Jeanette Wesley of Liberty; and his siblings, Linda Brown (Gale) of Liberty and Earl Wesley (Lisa) of Seymour, IN. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, numerous great great grandchildren.
