She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Coffman and Mary Brown Coffman; her husband Carlos Crew; her son Ronnie Gene Crew; and her siblings, Gladys Coppage, Velma Woodrum, Emma Jean Warren, Arnold Coffman and Jesse Coffman.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Burton (Darrell), Debbie Scott (Steve), Kenneth Crew (Kimberly) and Jeff Crew (Heather Johnson); and her sister Shirley Hundley. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; and thirteen great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McKinney-Brown Funeral Home (752 Campbellsville St, Liberty, KY 42539). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
