He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlen Bowker and Peggy Sue Crawford Bowker; and his grandson Zane Butler. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Brewster Bowker of Liberty; his children, Timmy Brewster (Sara) of Michigan, Chassie Butler (Teddy) of Indiana, Cassie Snyder of Michigan, Travis Butler (Heather) of Michigan, Classie Clark (Holiday) of Kentucky, Lora Phelps (James) of Indiana and Natalie Marin (Brigette) of Texas; his grandson Chance Butler; and his siblings, Pat Spell (Marsh) of Texas, Richard Wayne Kemp (Cynthia) of Texas and Fred Kemp of Michigan. He is also survived by forty grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
