He was predeceased by : his parents, Amos B. Critchfield and Opal Wise Critchfield. He is survived by : his wife Martha Critchfield; his siblings, Larry (Brenda), Mike (Debbie), Mark (Susan), Gail Morrison (Terry) and Sandra Hudson (Don); and his stepchildren, Tim Smith, Warren Hendricks, Ben Patton and Dana Patton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and step-grandchildren.
