It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Watts (Liberty, Kentucky), who passed away on February 22, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Baugh and Flonnie Rash Baugh; her spouse Billie Lewis Watts; her grandchildren, Caitlyn Wright and Andrew Allen; and her siblings, Clyde, Clell Baugh and Ruth Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Kaye Allen (Ronald Allen), Terri Annette Wright (David) of Somerset, Two, Randy Lewis Watts (Aleisha) of Kings Mountain and Ricky Watts (Beverly) of Danville, Nine; and her grandchildren, Kellie Atwood (Ryan), Chris Cain (Amber), Kristin Fisher (Chris), Courtney Burton (Rodney), Jared Watts (Amber), Stephanie Watts, Madison Edwards (Caler), Mackenzie Bishop (Emery) and Kisha Hicks (Adam). She is also survived by Seventeen Great Grandchildren.
