He is survived by: his parents, Dr. John Price and Terry Watson Price of Liberty; his children, Jax and Mia Price; his siblings, Jason Price (Charity) of Wilmore and Kelly Forbes of Liberty; and his nieces and nephews, Hogan, Talley, Mae, Jase Price, Elizabeth, Luca and Elyn Forbes.
