He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Clements and Nora Buck Clements; and his siblings, Freddy Jean Clements and Wilma Wethington. He is survived by: his wife Jewell Eads Clements; his children, Preston Clements (Karen) of Liberty and Judy Lentz (Quincy) of Liberty; and his nieces, Debra Sallee (Joey) of Taylor County, Kentucky. and Tina Pike (Kevin) of Taylor County, Kentucky..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the McKinney-Brown Funeral Home (752 Campbellsville St, Liberty, KY 42539). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
