He was predeceased by: his uncles, Kevin Eads and Matthew Grider; his grandparents, Danny and Wanda Grider; his great-grandparents, Fred and Hazel Hale; his grandfather Herman Eads; and his great-grandparents, Kermit and Reba Brockman.
He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Eads and Lindsey Grider; his grandparents, Barb and David Passmore; his siblings, Lacey Threatt, Jonathan, Brayden, Bentley Eads and McKenzie Eads; his stepbrother Kayden Lynn; his aunts and uncles, Gloria Thomas, Sara Mays, Sarah Bustle, Angie Wooley, Roy Wooley, Tommy and Matt Passmore; his cousins, Lil Roy Wooley, Zachery Grider and Patrick "PJ" Summers; and his stepmother Eva Eads (Chloe Hall).
Memorial contributions are requested to Bluegrass Monument Company to help the family in offsetting the cost of a headstone and may be left at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
