With sadness, we share the passing of Mabel June Lane (Liberty, Kentucky). Mabel, born on May 31, 1934, passed away on August 31, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wethington and Nettie Woodrum Wethington; her husband Wayne Lane; and her siblings, Dorothy Hafley, Alvis Wethington, Aubrey Wethington, Omer Wethington and Franklin Wethington.

She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Lee of Liberty, Kimberly Woodrum (Steve Pennington) of Hustonville and Angela Foley (Kevin) of Liberty; her grandchildren, Jason Woodrum, Stacey Spencer of Jamie Dial, A. J, Garrett, Jenna Masterson and Lucas Foley; her great grandchildren, Brennan Garrett, Dylan Garrett, Weston Garrett, Finn Masterson, Callum Masterson, Rhettison Woodrum, Niahm Woodrum, Ben Spencer and Alex Spencer; her great great grandchild Beau Garrett; and her sister Versie Lawhorn of Liberty.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bartle Funeral Home Chapel (142 KY-49, Liberty, KY 42539). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
