She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Hendricks and Flossie Richardson Hendricks; her husband Tyrone Raney; her son Jerome Raney; and her siblings, Ancil Hendricks, William Hendricks, Herbert Hendricks, Celestie Schlensker, Beulah Edens, Ruth Cravens, Dorothy Durham and Mary Margaret Godbey.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Raney (Brenda) of Lancaster and Elizabeth Rudder (Don) of Kings Mountain; her grandson Alex Dewane (Olivia Hale) of Liberty; her great grandchild Liam Dewane of Liberty; her stepgranddaughter Beverly Lee (Jeff); and her stepgreat-granddaughter Maggie Lee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
