She was predeceased by: her parents, James Allen Fights and Edna Carr Fights; her husband Kenneth Ray King; her son Gregory King; and her siblings, Alma Montgomery, Leitha Southerland, Editha Fights, Audrey Long, Geneva Chilton, Lorena Franklin, Billie Jean Fights, Theda Rothwell, Delores Edwards, Nadine Fights, Sonny Fights, James Garth Fights and Rodney Paul Fights.

She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey King (Vera) of Kings Mountain and Minday True (Gary) of Harrodsburg; her grandchildren, Nicholas King (Charlee), Lindsay Campbell (Tim), Benjamin King, Bradley King, Courtney Hasty (Buddy) and Connor True (Bailee); and her great grandchildren, Gavin King and Reed King.
