She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Sam and Mary Ann Friday Houston; and her siblings, Peggy Houston, Clifford Paul Houston and Arthur Houston.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Lay of Liberty; her sons, Timothy Earl Lay of Danville, Troy Eugene Lay (Katie) of Harrodsburg and Tony Lay (Karen) of Hustonville; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Ryan, Daniel, Christopher, Megan, Josh and Andy; and her sister Mary Souders of Cincinnati, Ohio.. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
