She was predeceased by : her parents, William Jessie and Lillie Matthews Turner; her husband Allen Dwayne Thompson; and her sister JoAnn Turner. She is survived by : her children, Brad Thompson (Jennifer) of Plainfield, IN and Emily Jones (David) of Science Hill; her grandchildren, Isabella, Allison, Macie and Brody; and her sisters, Sue Elmore (Bobby) of Glasgow and Jan Clifford (Gary) of Hodgenville.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the McKinney-Brown Funeral Home (752 Campbellsville St, Liberty, KY 42539). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
