We are sad to announce that, on July 1, 2022, at the age of 76, Michael Gibson (Liberty, Kentucky), born in Chippenham, England passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Gibson and Peggy Deacon Kemp; and his siblings, Johnny Gibson, Shirley Conn and Aletha King.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Ann Gross Gibson; his children, Margaret Norton (Mark) of Strawberry Plains, TN, Michelle Whitmer (Kelley) of Roanoke, VA, April Asberry (Todd Haver) of Liberty and Bryan Arnold (Michelle) of Dunbar, WV; his grandchildren, Isabella Norton, Blaine Whitmer, Van Whitmer, Shelby Whitmer, Austin Arnold, Deven Asberry and Danny Asberry; his stepmother Cassie Gibson of Whitesburg; and his sisters, Carol Johnson (Paul) of Florida, Elfreida Johnson of Lancaster, Natalie Gibson of Indiana and Debbie Tussey of South Carolina. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to the Casey County Honor Guard.
