He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmot Eugene "Gene" Lewis and Nellie Louise Coffman Lewis. He is survived by: his sister Annabell Lewis (Ronnie Price) of Liberty; and his uncle Davey Coffman (Ruth Ann) of Liberty.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Bartle Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
