He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Marion and Evelyn Popplewell Lee. He is survived by: his children, Gina Smith (Kevin) of Liberty and Chad Lee (Suzanne) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Micah Smith (Myla), Jake Smith (Brooklyn), Jacob Polis, Hagan Lee and Addi Lee; his great grandchild Jett Smith; his sister Pat Depp (P. D.) of Liberty; his niece Jenny Brown (Craig); and his great-nephew Caleb Brown.

Memorial contributions, in honor of Mike, may be made to the local Casey County Animal Shelter, located at 625 Campbellsville Street.
