She is survived by: her daughter Vickie Luttrell (Billy); her granddaughters, Stacey Smith (Ricky) and Melinda Foster (Justin); her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Vaughn (Tyler Hayes), Caitlynn Smith (Jon Denson), Megan Hillard (Alec), Austin Foster, Molly Foster, Jacob Smith (Jenny) and Rachael Smith; her great great grandchildren, Paisley, Madilynn, Hudson, Creed, Bo and Ty; her sister Lillian Faye Wethington; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Johnson and Zena Santiago. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
