She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bob" Clements and Audrey Clements; her sister Sheila Burton; and her former spouses, Shannon England and Lee Hammons.
She is survived by: her husband Dale Wethington of Liberty; her daughters, Claire Michelle Payton of Liberty and Tara George (Greg) of Russell Springs; her grandchildren, Courtney George and Breanna George; her great grandchild LillyAnn George; and her siblings, Kent Clements (Cathy), Brent Clements (Tracy), Phillip Clements, Lena Beth Luttrell (Gary) and Mary Lee Eads. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
