She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert "Buss" Coffman and Linnie Hale Coffman; her spouse Wilmot Eugene "Gene" Lewis; and her brothers, Stanley, Maurice and Garry Lee Coffman.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Eugene Lewis of Liberty and Annabell Lewis of Liberty; and her brother Davey Coffman (Ruth Ann) of Liberty.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to be made to Bartle Funeral Home, to help offset funeral expenses.
