He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Carmicle. He is survived by: his father Larry Carmicle; his son Adam Carmicle of Liberty; his siblings, Ricky Carmicle (late Patty Donovan), David Carmicle of Largo, Florida, Beverly Franchino of St. Petersburg and Angie Cruse of Somerset; his niece Victoria; and his nephews, Justin, Brandon, Jonathan, Robert, Christan and Andrew. He is also survived by several cousins and other family members.
