She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Luttrell and Bessie Luttrell (Childress); her husband Marvin Clements of Clementsville; and her siblings, Lorene, Don, Arlis, Lois, Marcille and Versie.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly and Gregory; her grandchildren, Tyler, Travis, Jeriah and Adalyn; and her brother Sherill Luttrell. She is also survived by friends and their children.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the McKinney-Brown Funeral Home (752 Campbellsville St, Liberty, KY 42539).
