He was predeceased by : his parents, Jim Tapscott and Bertha Long Tapscott. He is survived by : his sons, Otis Ray Tapscott and Danny Joe Tapscott (Debbie); his siblings, Shirley Tapscott of Liberty, Oval Tapscott (Brenda) of Campbellsville, Ronnie Tapscott (Debbie) of Liberty and Rosie Mae Peyton of Liberty; his granddaughter Rachel Danielle Swinney (Brandon) of Liberty; and his great grandchild Daniel Swinney.
