She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Luttrell and Marie Henson Luttrell Elmore (Charlie Elmore); her son Jeffrey Tarter; and her siblings, Ralston Luttrell, Numan Luttrell, Granville Luttrell, Betty Louise Luttrell, Lela Hoskins, Connie Sayers and Bernice Hopper.
She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Tarter; her sons, Brent Tarter (Missy) of Columbia and Todd Tarter of Liberty; her grandsons, Cory Roy (Spencer) of Russell Springs, Hunter Tarter of Liberty and Caleb Tarter of Liberty; her great grandchildren, Cambrie and Sabin Roy of Russell Springs; and her sister Barbara Lanham of North Vernon, IN..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the South Fork Separate Baptist Church (4095 State Hwy 1778, Hustonville, KY 40437).
