He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Blevins and Matilda Dean Blevins; and his brothers, Jimmy Blevins and Curtis Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Sharlene Hayes Blevins of Liberty; his sons, Paul Blevins Jr. (Becky) of Liberty and Daniel Blevins (Cassie) of Liberty; and his siblings, Randy Blevins (Nellie) of Liberty, Kenneth Blevins of Liberty, Linnie Rose White of Plant City and Wanda Miller of Albany, Indiana.. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
