He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. Wethington, Sr. and Effie Hendrickson Wethington; his siblings, Vincent Wethington, Stephen Ray Wethington, Barbara Morefield and Alice Buckley; and his stepson Billy Sims.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Wethington; his brothers, Dr. Charles T. Wethington (Judy) of Lexington, KY and Ben Wethington of Georgetown, IN; his stepdaughter-in-law Brenda Sims; his stepgrandchildren, Kayla Rose Sims and Jacob Sims; and his stepgreat-grandson Alex Sims. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
