It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Spellman of Liberty, Kentucky, born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Snelling and Era Mae Goodman Snelling. She is survived by : her children, Johnnie Carmicle of Liberty, David Carmicle (Angela) of Liberty, Desnia "Dusty" Lee of Liberty and Heidi Carmicle of Liberty. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, and twenty great grandchildren.
