With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Ray Norman (Liberty, Kentucky), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on January 25, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Elza Ray and Mary Ellen White Norman. He is survived by : his sister Linda Lindsey (Adam) of Buffalo, Kentucky; his niece Meredith Lindsey; his nephew Koy Lindsey; and his cousins, Shanae Carpenter Rosdhal (Jason), Austin Carpenter, Aiden Rosdhal, Atlas Rosdhal, Tim Prather, Brandon Lee (Crystal), Sophie Lee and Shannon White (Cheri). He is also survived by cousins and many friends.

Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home to assist the family in offsetting funeral expenses.
