He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul A. Allen and Dorothy Allen; and his brother Dale Kenneth Allen. He is survived by : his wife Bertha Redford Allen of Casey County; his children, Ronnie Lee Allen of Ohio, James Gullion of Columbia, Tammy Earles of Casey County, Rita Allen of Casey County, Greg Allen of Casey County, Amanda Cravens of Casey County, Ronald Allen of Casey County, Robert Allen of Casey County and Cristal Allen of Casey County; and his sisters, Shirley Foley of Russell County, Sue Stafford of Casey County, Valerie Roy of North Carolina and Betty Allen Hafley of Indianapolis. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
