She was predeceased by : her mother Carolyn Worley Lockard; her son Matthew Francis; and her siblings, John "Wayne" Lockard, Jr. and Sherri Ann. She is survived by : her father John Lockard; her son Andrew Francis (Tabitha) of Somerset; her stepchildren, Mason Shaw of Columbia, Lexie Luttrell of Liberty, Melinda Luttrell of Liberty, Shane Luttrell of Columbia, Dustin Luttrell of Jamestown, Jason Luttrell of Liberty and Christopher "Robin" Luttrell of Liberty; her sister Cindy Lockard of Somerset; her grandchildren, Hunter, Lincoln, Marlee, Skylar, Landen, Carson, Forest, Myles, Hadley, Grayson, Keiser, Rallings and Ranger; and her nephew Dakota Lockard.
