She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie Byrd and Zellie Lay Byrd; her husband Sidney A. Luster; her daughter Beverly Luster; and her brothers, Truman Byrd, Trusville Byrd, Murrell Byrd and Leeman Byrd.
She is survived by: her siblings, Kathy Hines (J. C.) of Liberty, Lilburn Byrd (Reva) of Science Hill and Harold Byrd (June) of Cold Springs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
