He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Miller and Lelah Cooper Miller; and his daughter Melissa Lea Miller. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Hatter Miller; and his sons, Robert Miller (Michelle) of Fairfield, OH and Michael Miller (Tammy) of Somerset. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
