She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Dowell and Emma Curtis; and her siblings, Sandy Chaves and Elmer Dowell Jr.. She is survived by: her husband George E. High; her children, Dusty Stuart of Lexington, Brandon High of Liberty, Becky Poff (Jason) of Liberty and Josh High of Liberty; and her siblings, Rob Dowell of Florida, Gary Dowell of Colorado, Gail Andrews of Liberty and Pam Hebrock of Liberty.
