It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Hughes (Liberty, Kentucky), who passed away on April 8, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Hughes and Connie Hughes of Elkhorn, Kentucky.; his son Kerry Wayne Hughes; his siblings, Margaret Hughes, Jewell Hughes, Barbara Henderson, Orville and Gary Hughes; and his granddaughter Melissa Renee Hughes.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Bolt Hughes; his daughters, Karen Garner (Ed) and Michelle Moore (Patrick); his grandchildren, Joseph Garner, Jessica Loar (JP), Meranda Milroy (Jesse) and Ashley Pittman (James); his great grandchildren, Zakarie, Tanner, Nova, Haylee, Zathera and Jimmy; and his siblings, Doris Reynolds, Mildred Druin, Larry Hughes (Linda) and Roger Hughes (Donna).
