She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Sawyers and Ora Hunt Sawyers; her husbands, Teddy Abshire and Billy Gene Williamson; her daughter Renee Buchanan; and her siblings, Barkley, Bennett, Jonah Sawyers, Lydia Williamson and Mary Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Abshire of Steele, Dewana Phillips of Pikeville and Sharon Mullins of Lick Creek; Olga Bickford of Rockhouse. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
