She was predeceased by: her parents, James Butler and Mossie Case Butler. She is survived by: her husband Neil J. Mitchell; her siblings, Gary Ray Butler (Sandy) of Auburn and Shirley Ann Carter of Lexington; and her cousin Patsy Gearheart. She is also survived by family members including neices and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Linda has requested that donations be made to the Floyd County Animal Shelter or animal shelter of your choosing, in her honor.
