He is survived by: his daughter Karen Adams (Mark) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Angela Wise (Wayne), Sarah Blattman (Robert) of Lexington, Matthew Adams of Winchester and Elaina McDaniel of London; his great grandchildren, Kaitlynn of Lexington, Leland Bayne of Lexington, Benjamin Wise of Lexington, Evelyn of Lexington, Robert of Lexington and Margaret Blattman of Lexington; his sister Tonya Cook (Stanley) of Mt. Vernon; his siblings-in-law, Reba Doan of Cabool, MO, Helen Humfleet (Billy Doan) of London, Patricia Hampton of London, Glynna Smith (Wayne) of London, Hilda Woodward (Larry) of London, Bradley Goforth (Sharon) of Somerset, Arvil (Carol) and Jerry Goforth (Vanda) of London; his stepchildren, Clinton Humfleet of Hamilton, OH, Connie Gross of London, Clifford Humfleet of London and Johnny Humfleet of Lily, KY; and his close friends, Mike Lang, Tommy and Becky Sears. He is also survived by twelve step grandchildren, twelve step great grandchildren.
