He is survived by: his wife Doris Cheek Woodard; his children, Jerry Lee Woodard of Westville and Crystal Dawn Woodard of Lily; his siblings, Earl Woodard (Sandy) of Alabama, Ronnie Lee Woodard of Indiana and Judy Woodard of Indiana; and his grandchildren, Doris Bachman, Natasha Ringas and Ian Woodard. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
