He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Cooper Toby; and his brother Michael Toby. He is survived by: his father Wayne Toby of London; his daughter Amber Toby of Paducah, Kentucky; his grandson Sebastian; and his niece Miranda Toby. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bowling Funeral Home (1704 N Main St, London, KY 40741).
