He is survived by: his parents, Larry Frazier and Elizabeth Napier Frazier; his brother John Isaac Frazier of Corbin, KY; his grandmother Barbara J. Napier of Lily, KY; his uncle Benny Napier Jr. (Anita); and his cousins, Hannah Yontz (Chris) of Indiana, Gabby Sherwood (Mitchell) of Indiana, Sheila Maggard of Campbellsville, KY, Fredia Driscoll of Dallas, Georgia and Opal Walker of London, KY. He is also survived by other cousins, family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Dorthae Pentecostal Church (2381 KY-1223, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
