He is survived by: his wife Irene Daugherty; his children, Tammy Strot (Brett), Heather McGee (Mike), Thomas Daugherty (Gabby), David Fowler (Rebeccah) and Jonah Daugherty; his grandchildren, Whittney (David), Johnathan, Hailie, Alexis, Kirra, Hunter, Thomas, Paul, Savanneah, Maverick, Aspen, Logen and Skyler; his great grandchild Valencio; his siblings, Paula Farmer, Sandra Henderson, Bobby Daugherty and Earlene Guire; his close friends, Ricky Burns (Joyce) and Paul Colbert (Wanda); and his pet Jasmyne.
