He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Cornett and Grace Polly Cornett; and his siblings, Carlos Cornett and Glendora Cornett. He is survived by: his son Anthony Wayne Cornett, Jr. (Crystal) of Henderson, KY; and his siblings, Charlie Cornett of Loyall and Tammy Wilson (Dennis) of Cumberland. He is also survived by granddaughter on the way; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
