He is survived by: his wife Joyce Adams Thomas; his children, Mike Thomas (Amye) of Little Cowan, John Ray Thomas (Robin) of Little Cowan and Teresa Wells (Rob) of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Holly Fields (Andrew), Parker Wells, Clayton Wells and Chase Thomas.
