She is survived by: her husband Teddy Smith; her children, Leighann Nicole Smith and Eric Mann; her grandchildren, Brayden Smith, Ellea Smith, Bryce Crean, Lydia Smith and Evelyn Crean; and her siblings, Connie Clark, Pam Rodgers (Timmy), Beverly Parr and Troy "Bub" Parr (Tammy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
