She was predeceased by: her father Teddy B. Tackett; and her sister Tabitha Bernice Tackett. She is survived by: her mother Peggy Younce Bentley of Little Robinson; her daughter Laura Lee Chapman; and her siblings, Eric Tackett, Nancy Beth Younce and Carmella Tackett.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Hall and Jones Funeral Home (1101 KY-610, Virgie, KY 41572). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to help with funeral expenses be made to Hall and Jones Funeral Home, PO Box 85, Virgie, KY 41572.
