She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer John and Nellie Gaddis Brown; and her siblings, Kenny Brown, Elmer'Junior'Brown, Linda Sue Brown and Ardie Pearl.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Johnson; her sons, Troy Johnson (Edessa) of Island and Elmer Johnson of Island; her grandchildren, Zach Johnson (Darrian), Colton Johnson (Serina), Annie Dunlap (Chris) and James Johnson; and her siblings, Darrell Brown (Sharon) of Pleasant Ridge, Judy Whistle of Owensboro and Gail Best of Owensboro. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel (212 E Broadway, Livermore, KY 42352). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at the Island Community Cemetery (380 W Main St, Island, KY 42350).
