He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd McLevaine and Anna Louise Wooldridge McLevaine; and his sisters, Judy Hobgood and Jill Tanner. He is survived by: his children, Kelly McLevaine, Kim Ipox (Travis), Kristopher McLevaine (Lindsay), Serenity McLevaine (Ryan) and Denali McLevaine (Curtis); his grandchildren, Paul McLevaine, Stella, Sawyer, Spencer Ipox, Lois, Elodie, Warren and Hollis McLevaine; his brothers, Dennis McLevaine (Becky), Patrick McLevaine and Mike McLevaine (Rosanne); and his friends, Darrell and Rod. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
