He was predeceased by : his mother Sharon Beeler Halverson. He is survived by : his wife Kelly Fulton; his daughter Emma-Leigh Fulton of Livermore; his adoptive father Russell Gaylen West (Linda) of Livermore; and his siblings, Willie Fulton of Jeffersonville, Indiana and Merridith Roberts of Jeffersonville.
