She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Lee and Jessie Louise Thomas King; the father of her children Jack Shuman; her daughter Tina Marie Filler; and her brother Jerry King.
She is survived by: her husband Earl Bakewell; her sons, Rick Shuman of Livermore, Johnny Ray Shuman of Livermore and Phillip Shuman of Livermore; and her siblings, John King of Buck Creek, Janice Price of Livermore and Vanessa Dickerson of Livermore. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
