He was predeceased by: his parents, Shultie Warden and Lorene Belcher Burden; and his wife Judy Burden. He is survived by: his former wife Judith Ann Clark; his daughters, Jennifer Tucker (Aaron) of Livia and Michelle Hughes (Michael) of Utica; his grandchildren, Ethan Tucker, Amelia Tucker, Cora Tucker, Madison Hughes, Mason Hughes and Miles Hughes; his great grandchild Harper Jo; and his siblings, Danny Burden (DiAnna) of Whitesville, Mike Burden (Sheri) of Owensboro, Sandy Burden of Owensboro and Kathy Hudson (Mike) of Calhoun.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel (212 E Broadway, Livermore, KY 42352). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at the Smith-Ratliff Cemetery.
